I love exploring easy but filling options for breakfast. My favorite is a good bowl of grits or cream of wheat with a side of either turkey bacon or turkey sausage. It's easy go transport and easy to make once I get to work. If I am off I do an all out breakfast of grits bacon eggs breakfast potatoes. That is my fav and occasional some pancakes or waffles.

I usually go for something quick and easy, depending on how much pain I am in. Usually that consists of raw fruit, some form of yogurt or cereal, and if I can stomach some tougher carbs I will.
