Usually, when I do more exercise, I like to kick-start my morning with some yogurt (with low fats and/or more protein), and some fruits and/or nuts to eat with (like, banana, for example). I think it's healthier to eat that way. And, while not so sweet, it ensures that I don't eat much sugar, like with other products.

Unfortunately I’m really struggling with having an healthy breakfast: I get overwhelmed thinking about the protein intake and I finish getting some tea and biscuits or cake

I normally have an hard-boiled or poched egg. On the side I have toast and/or grapefruit. I also have a glass of apple juice!
