Non so, credo di non aver mai assaggiato un uovo al vapore, l'uovo bollito (o sodo appunto) conserva tutte le sue proprietà poiché rimane nel suo guscio fino al momento di mangiarlo. L'uovo al vapore dovrei assaggiarlo, probabilmente è molto leggero.
