How do you incorporate more veggies into your breakfast?

Omelettes are a great way to incorporate veggies into your breakfast. Another way would be to add some veggies to a breakfast casserole, onions and peppers and spinach especially.

Making or adding them in omlete after chopping. Or just use as a salad either in raw or boil form just like Turk use tomato.
