I meditate just before sleeping! That would mean about 11:40 or so. This helps me sleep more soundly. I mean, the second question got answered by my above statements as well. It’s really nice and quiet that late at night, so it helps a lot. And when it’s that late, everyone else is asleep, so you have nobody to bother you, so privacy won’t really be am issue. Still, I would recommend putting your phone on Do not Disturb, so you don’t get distracted by a friend pulling an all-nighter 🙂
