There is no specific outcome.. sometimes I’m feeling energized, sometimes I’m crying and purging my feelings and feeling relieved after a meditation. I think it’s about the intention you have with the meditation and what type of feelings are coming up 🙂
There really isn’t any way you are supposed to feel. Unless you are feeling a negative emotion like stress or anxiousness because of the meditation, there are no “right” ways to feel.
