I wake up at 5 am. Not because I have anywhere to be, just because I feel it’s better to have time in the morning to actually wind up and mentally prepare yourself for the day. Plus it’s still dark and quiet, which I really like.

I’d like to know if you guys have any methods to sleep fastly.
I spend most of my day studing, i sometimes have to sleep for 3 or 4 hours. I have to do this because i have a lot of work to do (even if that work is done in time).
