Usually you just drift of to sleep without noticing. So even if thoughts are just cramping up the space in your mind, you eventually drift off. But if you're struggling to sleep, I think reading a book and decreasing your screen time before bed is the best solution!:)
I like to have one big thought to try and always come back to as i’m trying to fall asleep. Stops my mind from going off and over thinking about irrelevant things. Right now the big thought is the relationship build of two of my favorite character. I put them in different situations every night and think how they’d interact until i eventually fall asleep.
