Get to know your rhythm. If you put to much things on your schedule you may be overwhelmed and not motivated to do anything of that. Choose priorities and celebrate each goal with a happy dance, stretching or some tea and biscuits.
I do it in a simple way. I will my own to do list or check list of the things I have to do. If I have a full schedule in just day. I'll always try to put atleast an hour of resting time. It doesn't matter if its on morning or afternoon. As long as I have a 1 hour rest, so my mind and body won't be stress.
