I tend to eat my breakfast around 7:30 on a week day. I have an alarm at 7 to which I get up, dress and then head down to make my coffee. While the coffee is brewing I then make my breakfast so that i finish just as the coffee is ready to pour. Weekends are different as I don't have an alarm for those days, though my body clock still gets me up between 7-8
When I make breakfast it usually takes about 30 minutes to cook so I don’t eat until about 9. And when I just have a bagel or cereal I eat as soon Is I am finished getting ready.
