I am a vegetarian but I do eat eggs so that is my main source of protein, a variety of nuts and dates also have a lot of protein and they can be considered a filling breakfast so thatβs a really good source.

I have a protein shake every morning. With two raw eggs, one scoop protein powder, one scoop powdered oats, half banana. It's yummy. π
