I can’t eat eggs/meat based products everyday as I find those bit heavy in the morning. What are my other options for brekkie that do not lack protein and are filling?

Ok so I’m hoping you eat dairy, I just had one handful of some fitness cereal (you can choose which ever cereal you like) with 4 large spoons of yogurt and a drizzle of honey on top, it’s amazing and if you don’t like honey you can switch it with some dates, amazing I promise!; Try it and tell me what you think.
