What process do you go through when working on the Deep Work habit? Also, would someone expound on the Morning Pages habit? I’m not sure that I am doing it correctly!

For deep work, i sit in a cafe on my laptop, put on headphones with a Spotify playlist meant for concentration (i like lo-fi beats or Indian classical music for studying), and work away! For morning pages, just do 3 pages of stream of consciousness ANYTHING. It can be about your feelings, it can be poetry, the beginning of a short story, whatever you want! Or a mix of all of it. It is meant to remove your inner critic and to simply GET WORDS ON THE PAGE.

I am not a professional. So I’m struggling at it exactly like you. But I can share with you my experience so far.
Start writing. Don’t be afraid. Trust your instincts and answer questions or expound with what comes to mind. Soon, things get in shape.
You will notice your journey when you start to read your thoughts throughout the process.
Talking now about the Deep Work action. I leave that moment for actions I need more attention and more focus than my other actions of the day. Let’s say it’s the hardest action of my day.
