What one stretch could you not do without?

I don't know what it's called but I stand up straight, cross one ankle over the opposite thigh (creating a 4 shape with my legs), and then bend my standing leg and balance on it low to the ground. Straight back and curved to get other muscles active. Try to stay in that balanced squat for 10-20 seconds and then switch legs and repeat.
It's the only thing that seems to reach my lower back.
