What kind of meditation program do you follow? (Just breathing, or body scan, sound focus, thought analysis, etc – do you do the same thing each day or mix it up?)

I use an app called Unplug. It is a meditation app with lots of different meditation experts. It is broken up into courses as well as daily meditations so you can choose to focus on one particular issue like mindset or just show up and do the meditation of the day. I really like it.
