I’m doing 3-5 minutes of stretching and 5 minutes of calisthenics. I used to be a marathon runner but I can’t anymore due to knee injury so I run in place in my pool in the evening since it’s low impact.

Cycle in the mornings to work which takes 40 mins. Then 30 min walk at lunch time to get lunch. Then evenings when home before dinner I do body weight workouts focusing on building strength. Weekends go for one or two runs.

Running (2-4 miles usually. Slower than I’d like) yoga (25 minutes), karate, weights (the 300 workout), body weight (morning workout). Usually a curated workout from one of my apps. Walking. I get out and take walks when I can. I need to do more, and more karate.

I lift every three days doing a complete body workout. I alternate days when I do three sets of 6, with heavy weights and days when I do one set of 20-30 reps with lighter weights. I slowly increase the weights when I hit reps of 8 or 30 depending on the day. Twice a week I do interval walking for its cardio benefits.

Since I’m only going to exercise for 8 minutes each morning, it’s a perfect time for me to do an intermediate routine from “Foundation” by Eric Goodman. If you have trouble with activities because of pain. These are challenging yet easy to begin exercises for almost anyone.

I do different exercises on different days. Some mornings I do yoga and on some mornings I do some light weight lifting and squats. My focus is on my legs.

Only ground exercises. I started just a week ago so just building up my fitness. I am sticking to the 7 minute workout on fabulous for now.

Running is my go to! It’s easy and simple. If I really don’t feel like going outside, I’ll do a 7 min workout, and if that just feels like too much I’ll do yoga. If even yoga is too much, I just touch my toes, stretch side to side, do some quad stretches, and call it a day! Any little bit helps.

I like dancing to my favourite songs. Exercise has always been a tough thing for me to stick with. Whenever I find something new I get bored of it after a couple months, so I’ve just been getting up every morning and dancing to four songs. It’s a lot easier to stick with and it’s lots of fun

I’m fortunate enough to get to walk to work, so an easy way for me to add a quick bit of exercise is to take a longer route! With where I live, I can walk an extra three blocks that are all uphill and get a good burn going!
