What kind of exercise should I do if I want to gain weight?

Im not sure as I only started this app not long ago for weight in abs I would recommend plank, side squats and shoulders stands Other then that I’m not sure Hope this helped 😊

Well thw most important thing is what you eat. Eat healthy. I am walking, its good and doesn’t burn too much calories. And i am doing some exercises for a better posture.
