How much exercise do you like to do in the morning?

I like my mornings to be slow, so after breakfast I like to take a short 30 minute walk and take time to listen to a podcast, helps me settle and be more creative.

Only a few minutes. I hate exercise and sport. I figured 5 to 7 min would have better chance of becoming a routine than forcing myself to more and then be abandoned
