My studies require me to leave very early to go to university, what exercise could I make very early in the morning?

You could eat a healthy breakfast to wake up your mind and body. You could listen to your favorite songs or podcasts to lighten your mood.

This doesn't necessarily mean exercise in the traditional sense but is more to focus on increasing movement in the morning, such as doing ten minutes of yoga or parking your car further away from campus so you can walk more.

Go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier. Time in the evening/night is usually spent sitting around. As for the type of workout, try everything: running, cycling, weight lifting or just walking.
