I’m very anxious about overworking myself and getting a serious injury from exercising every day. What kind of plan B helps you exercise when you’re afraid to?

Just don’t overdue yourself and always have a good stretch before starting! It’ll help with preventing a serious injury. My plan B, I always think about if I don’t continue, I won’t do it at all. I also think about where I want to be in my body, so I am happy, confident and can love myself better.
