To be honest, I would say these easiest form of exercising is dancing to a song or going on a five minute walk. It’s difficult to attend to all of these habits, but you have to find out what works for you. I walk to my mom’s school everyday after my day is over. It’s just a mile of walking but it gets my blood pumping.
I usually like to exercise for about 30mins in the morning …in that exercise I warm up, do some squarts or any other movements and cool down.when I haven't time for long time for exercises, I do some stretchings, so it helps to feel more relax…they are easy to do, and doesn't need any warm up.
