What kind of exercise do you do for your legs, especially thighs?

High weight super slow 1 rep weight training once every 8 days. 60 – 90 seconds on a leg press once a week and you are good.

I didn’t use to exercise until 3 days ago, so I’m not sure I have the right answer. But I can tell you that I dance now, and I’m sure that’s good for my legs 🙂

I do karate, so basically I'm practicing stands and moves on a daily basis.
Type horse stand on youtube and be amazed how hard it can be. 😆
