Many people find themselves hooked to their devices due to the constant influx of social media, news, and work notifications. To tackle this early in the day, consider setting specific times to check your devices, creating a morning routine that prioritizes self-care and mindfulness. Establishing a tech-free zone during breakfast or while journaling can help you start your day focused and present. Remember, disconnecting and unplugging can lead to more meaningful daily rituals and healthier habits.

Social medias and news, especially in scrollable form keep me at my smartphone. They are also a source of distraction from work. My strategy is to fully restrict my access to these distractions on private and work devices. So far I have had the best results by using apps or browser extensions.
