I meditate at night and like to watch an episode of Headspace's Guide to Sleep before bed. Each episode ends with a guided meditation and it helps me sleep. Other times, I find a guided meditation online. I typically focus on breathing and do a 'body scan', focusing on relaxing different parts of my body.
