What is your favourite type of exercise? What really gets you moving and in tune with your body?

I don't know but I actually like stomach exercise and aerobic once but not much . The idea of that exercising gives me energy give me the power❤❤❤.

I enjoy both yoga and weightlifting, resistance band, and bodyweight HIIT training. I like to use a fitness app that I found from following a trainer on Instagram called madeline_moves. This app keeps everything different each day so the routines never get boring.
