Personally I like to workout with dumbbells, I do abs, arms, and legs with them. If you don’t know how to use them then you can do a quick search on YouTube and you’ll be set. Also know that you don’t have to use super heavy weights, I usually opt for 10 lb depending on the exercise.

I love the water aerobics classes I teach at my local YMCA. I love being in the water and socializing with the ladies in my classes. It’s a fantastic way to start my day.
