The trick here is to not overshoot. Habits and routines never work out if you have 12 or 13 steps. You automatically assume it's too much work and they won't be realistic. I was once like this, making night and afternoon routines but nothing made it far.. If you do wanna persue a habit, start fresh! Doesn't mean you lost your perfect streak. Try setting the habit in a different time period, one that fits better to your schedule. Happy Habits my friend!
