Meditation can feel different for everyone, but generally, it should bring a sense of calm, clarity, and focus. You may experience relaxation, heightened awareness, or even emotional release. The key is to approach meditation without judgment—allow yourself to simply be present. As you develop your practice, aim to create a daily ritual that suits your needs, helping you cultivate lasting habits and routines that support your overall well-being.

Im not exactly sure if I know the right way to meditate. I always question whether im "feeling" the way people are supposed to, or how expierienced mediators explain. But I think the main goal is to focus on one key point like your breathing and cut out all other distractions around you and within you in your mind. To let go of all thoughts. Then the feeling of peace and stillness is the feeling im left with.
