What is the easiest way to start exercising first thing in the morning?

Personally the only thing that helps me get out of my bed and move is will power. I also remind myself that when I do yoga first thing in the morning, it doesn't only awaken my body, but it clears my mind for the day ahead as well.
So I just tell myself: "You will be much more energizised and take the challenges of life after you've exercised."
