To be honest, I would say probably around 8 or 9pm for me. That’s when I get back home from working out and I’ve had a good nights shower and meal.
Relaxes my mind before I get to bed
As life can get out of hand, and usually does, when I have free time is when I meditate. Evenings before I go to bed, seem to be the easiest time. But, as someone with ADHDi tend to struggle with consistency.
So, generally anytime I feeling a bit too stressed or anxious I tell myself I have ten minutes to give to me for this. It serves to reset and cool my busy bran.
