What is the best breakfast i can eat if i am trying to avoid meat?

Protein smoothie: protein powder, frozen kale, hemp hearts, flax seeds, oats, oat milk, frozen fruit. Sometimes I switch it up and add a banana or dates for more sweetness.

I myself always prefered a sweet over a savory breakfast and for the last couple of years I’ve been in love with oats breakfasts. There’s a lot of variety possible with oatmeal, banana peanutbutter with walnuts cinnamon and maple syrup is one of my favorites. But also pancakes and smoothies. Or scrambled tofu. So many options, and so many are high in protein too. You can find a lot of delicious recipes when you google “plantbased protein breakfast recipes”, sweet ones and savory ones! Enjoy!
