What is a great breakfast?

In a cast iron skillet, fry up half an onion and some garlic. Add a whole bunch of leafy greens like chard, kale, or spinach. Crack 3 eggs on top. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle half a cup of heavy cream. Stick in the oven and cook on 350 for 10 min. All the decadence of eggs and bacon, but with veggies!

Something that contains protein, because it keeps you full longer and also some fruits and vegetables for a balanced meal. I personally always go for greek yoghurt with fruit and whole grains. But you can do whatever works best for you. Just make sure it's enough to fill you up but not enough to weigh you down.

Eggs in Olif oil, with 2 slice of bread avocado on the bread smached with sea salt. Drink warm tea the best ones are the green tealeaves without suger.
