Fast and Slow thinking and atomic habits with Deep work these three is perfectly useful and good for self helping and can make changes into our life if we follow it right and combined them

I would like to recommend this 1st book called Atomic Habits by James Clear as this book focuses on making someone a little better then what they were yesterday and over time these little changes add up and the new habits can shift your focus onto something you actually want to achieve and the 2nd book I’d recommend is Burnout:The Secret to Unlocking Stress Cycle by Amelia and Emily Nagoski as this book also explains the stress cycle and it helps you to manage stress way better!

I found the book called The Well Life was helpful to me to review what I was doing and modify my thinking of what I needed to be doing.
