What helps you sleep all night
To sleep all night, establish a calming bedtime routine that promotes relaxation. Consider activities such as reading, gentle stretching, or meditation to signal your body that it’s time to wind down. Maintain a consistent sleep schedule by going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. Create a comfortable sleep environment: keep your room dark, cool, and quiet. Lastly, limit screen time before bed to reduce blue light exposure, which can interfere with your natural sleep cycle.
