What helps you best when you’re in bed and simply can’t turn off your thoughts? It takes me at least 1 or 2 hours to fall asleep, sometimes when I’m even more stressed it takes longer or I won’t fall asleep at all.

Meditate for 15 minutes just before u go to bed And while sleeping on the things u love not on the things u r stressed about.. that works for me don't know bout u but it may work

I appreciate you reaching out. I wish I could give you some suggestions but I struggle with the same issues. I am an insomniac and I was hoping that this app would help me. I am sorry I couldn't give you a better answer.
