typically i first drink a cup of water, and then i drink coffee. i always make sure to drink my water before coffee though. this is because if i don’t, i will probably just end up skipping water
I drink a glass of orange juice with added calcium and a cup of white tea. The orange juice helps refresh my mouth and provides a lot of vitamin C and calcium (I do not eat dairy much). The white tea is high in antioxidants even more than green tea!
