What do you say to yourself to keep exercising when it gets difficult, you don’t have time, or you’re too tired, or burned out, or feeling a little sore, etc?

I guess I remember that I don’t want to use a wheel chair when I’m 70 , I remember that I want this body , my body to stay happy and fit and never feel the burden of fats and stuff . It’s just that where I live everybody around me is fat and burdened , and I don’t wanna be this way .

I remind to myself why did I start with the exercising at the first place. Then I say to myself what do I want to acheive. There is no other way for dreams to come true than with a hard work.
