How I stay positive is I follow the steps. The first step is to drink a cup of a water in the morning. Another cup after school . The third one before going to sleep. The other positive thing is eating right especially eggs . I eat hard boiled eggs when I get the chance because they do take a while to cook. The third positive step was exercising, I mean I didn’t use the app to text but I went to do my community hours after school. At the school I went to they did exercises. Final step what kept me motivated was using this app. This is really a good app to use when you don’t have the motivation .
