Do you find a difference between exercising/stretching indoors vs in nature?

Rigo U.
In nature is more fun and I don’t get bored so easily as I get when I work out indoors… 😁
Hilde O.
No. Stretching is not about where you are doing it but how you are moving your body. So as long as you are tuned in and listening to your body stretching is good wherever you are.

Doing it outside seems to be more calming
Regine U.
Yes.
But it always depends on what you are comfortable with or what kind of mood you’re in at that moment.
Do it where you are most comfortable at that point!
If it’s at home, set your room in that tone which allows you to concentrate. If you enjoy being outdoors, then get yourself a yoga mat and sunscreen (if during the day) and stretch it out.

Jogging outdoors for me is a more preferable experience to cardiovascular activity indoors, while stretching indoors can be more comfortable. The choice on the latter’s mostly influenced by the fact stretching outdoors where I am means offering a feast to the mosquitoes.
Anita C.
Yes, I think there is a huge difference between indoor and outdoor activities. When you’re exercising in front of nature the experience of workout is bigger. When you’re exercising in a gym you can loose your motivation easily.

Nature is more interesting and makes you feel more alive as you’re exposed to the elements

There is a difference, however you should go for what works best for you, taking into consideration what kind of exercise, personal preferences etc
