To be honest it’s not easy, it takes a lot of will power to get up and exercise when I know I’d rather be sleeping. When I wake up I immediately drink some water from my water bottle that I had prepared from the night before by my bed and that gives me a little boost. After that I just force myself to and tell myself that I’ll regret it if I don’t and that I need to put the work in even when I don’t want to if I want to actually reach my goal.

I feel that working out is a great way to start a productive day. I realize that once I have worked out in the morning I have already completed one of my goals for the day which helps me feel accomplished.
