How did you plan your workout routine?

I've started by being flexible and trying to learn when the best time to do my workout is I've started with the xtrainer for 5 minutes and also added and included as my body and mindset adapted to sit-ups, stretches and an arm weight workout which I increase the reps on depending on how I'm feeling and after getting used to current. once I've got that down pat and I'm going to be adding a 7 minute variety workout that I can work out more parts in my body.

I use a home exercise app, which gives me tailored exercises to perform, I also registered for a gym studio and it been great.
So, anything I am not able to go to the gym I use my home exercise app without equipment and other days I go to the gym.
