We have been told that staying hydrated is the key to good exercise and healthy weight. Sphere Members, how well did you actually stay hydrated before making it a habit?

Before making drinking water a habit, I was barely drinking any. So in order to get used to it, I set reminders for whenever I knew I should be drinking it. After commiting to those reminders, drinking water became easier and eventually it ended up becoming a habit.
