A quick run is the way to go, or start small, with just a walk, even if it is just 5 minutes, and keep doing it until it becomes a habit, and if you do not do it, you don't feel complete. After it becomes a habit, try 10 minutes and so on.

This question made me think! If it were me, any amount of excercise would be great. I would split up muscle groups and focus on one a day. For example, Monday legs, Tuesday core, Wednesday cardio etc. I hope this makes sense.

I like dancing to upbeat songs. There are some good youtube videos to help but sometimes i just do something as simple like one of those songs with a specific dance like the cha cha slide
