What is your morning routine?

I get up early, freshen up on the bathroom, get on clothes, put out laundry on the clothes line, rest, eat breakfast, brush teeth and brush hair

I wake up to a litre of water as soon as I wake up and flush my system before visiting the washroom… Drinking 1 litre at a time could be challenging in the beginning but I made this happen by increasing the amount of water gradually as I progress .. then I look into a brainstorming session for my creative writing needs… Stay committed.. personalise it to your preferences but be meticulous… All the best…

I get up and brush my teeth, hair, shower, and I sometimes try to wash my face. I then try to do yoga, although often not successful because of time. And I make sure to eat a good breakfast!
