I decided I wanted to run for my exercises so I started off at my own pace with music. Then I listened to a softer guided run to help in techniques and keeping motivated. And now I’m working into a higher energy guided run. Although I can’t make it all the way through it’s a work in progress.
I would recommend burpees for a full body workout but I personally enjoy challenging myself with a run and seeing if I can go a little bit farther each day😊
