Do you still work out on days that you know you are going to be doing very physical intensive activities? (Building a deck, or heavy yard work).

If i know im going to be doing some heavy work later in the day, i go ahead and check off the exercise goal and do some stretches to make up for it. When i started the exercise goal, my priority was not even to exercise, but to just wake up feeling happy. So if i have other work to do, i dont worry too much about doing it in my wake up routine.
