What do you prepare when you don’t have much time but need a healthy filling breakfast?

The night before I soak oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruit in some water and put it in the fridge. If I have the time and access to a stove, I make porridge in the morning, adding oat milk and topping with oat yogurt, fresh fruit, and stewed fruit (rhubarb or apple) if I have some. If I don’t have time/no stove, I add all the same toppings and eat cold – a bit like Bircher muesli.

I have a bowl of cereal and coffee. I’ll also bring a yogurt with me so I can eat it later if I get hungry. Up & Gos are also really great for when you only have two seconds to grab something before you leave.
