I honestly do not know. I still am learning who I am and what I actually like. I am trying to find whatever brings me joy. Clay, play dough, art, whatever sparks a bit of joy!

I like to go for a long walk – it helps me to make my thoughts in order, to get more space in my head and my body feels better

I like to read a chapter of whatever book I’m currently reading as I typically don’t find time in the day to do that. As I’m reading I’ll sometimes note down words that I don’t quite know the meaning of to expand my vocabulary. Sometimes I also like to journal about my feelings or recent events, or even draw/sketch.

I just read for a bit or work on my embroidery! That’s just a solo past time tho. I usually stay off my phone when talking to my friends or I’m messing around with my little brother.

I go for a walk in the graden/ playground and meet with my friends, we can go buy snacks, chat, play,… also sometimes I can organize my room. Sometimes I take time to take care of myself like removing body hair, trying new hairstyles and taking care of my hair, doing face masks,… it actually depends on the mood and the timing.

I don’t disconnect I relax but always stay connected. Once you learn to just be still the connection does not hold you back

I like to read books that make me feel like I’m somewhere else. Right now I am reading “Catching Fire”, which is the second book of the Hunger Games.
