What do you do when your mind is stuck on a thought while meditating

Remember mindfulness and focus on here and now. Have a sip of water or take a deep breath to divert your thoughts. Think positively and be kind to yourself. Reflect and start meditation again.

When a thought gets stuck in my mind i like to take a few long breathes and clear my mind until it is all black it really helps me get over the thought and be more focused
