What do you do if you wake up in the morning and are still full from your evening meal? i.e. you don’t want to force yourself to eat?

If I'm still full from the day before in the morning I'll do some exercise. If I'm still not hungry I would do tasks until I'm hungry.

I will drink something such as tea which doesn't fill me up too much, yet allows me to start my day with breakfast. I don't want to force myself into doing something I can't do.
